GDRC RULES 1. The judges decision is final. Complaints must be made in writing and given to the secretary, along with a fee of £20 which will be refunded if the complaint is upheld. 2. STRICTLY no misuse of whips or spurs. Anyone found abusing a judge / member of the committee / animal must leave the showground. 3. The organisers accept no responsibility for any loss, theft, damage or injury to competitors, exhibiters, spectators, staff, vehicles, equipment or animals belonging thereto. Entry onto the showground acts as acceptance of this rule. 4. Hard hats must be worn at all times when in the show ring, ridden or inhand. 5. No horse/pony under the age of 4 years to be ridden & no galloping or stallions. 6. No late entries will be permitted without the judges permission - please make sure your classes do not clash. 7. All lead rein competitors must have lead reins attached to the noseband - not the bit. 8. Lead rein competitors are not permitted to participate in any other class off the lead rein. 9. Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times. 10. All jumping classes will use BSJA rules as a guideline. 11. The committee of GDRC reserve the right to refuse entry, alter, cancel or amalgamate any class if insufficient entries (at least 3 per class). 12. Any perpetual trophies not returned by the stated deadline, or returned damaged will be charged a minimum of £25 each and you; the competitor will be prohibited from receiving any other perpetual trophy from GDRC thereafter.
