Thank you to everyone who contributed to the collection for cancer
research, particularly Maxs Snacks who generously donated £35. We
collected £46 in total and this will be donated to cancer research
in memory of Sue.
Presentation Evening
By popular demand this
year's presentation will include a cavery lunch followed by the
presentation, a quiz and karaoke/music. The date
is Sunday 19 November and the venue is Scalm Leisure
Park, Wistow, Selby, YO8 3RD. We will sit down to eat at 3pm
and the presentation will commence between 3 and 3.30pm. Perpetual
trophies will be given to all overall class winners and rossettes
will be given to 5th place. Tickets are priced at £9
per person. This price includes the carvery lunch and everyone
is more than welcome. Tickets can only be purchased in advance
to allow for catering, the closing date to purchase tickets is 27
October. To purchase tickets please enclose a SAE and cheque
made payable to Garforth & District Riding Club to Angela Ford,
15 Carr Avenue, Sherburn in Elmet, Leeds LS25 6EG.
